The architecture, design and the intricate carvings are all breathtaking to look at in these pictures - I imagine even more so to have seen them in person.

I visited the Mausoleum of Hassan II once with a young Moroccan professional guy... he told me the place in effect creeped him out due to the things Hassan II had done through his life. He said it felt like he had to watch what he said as the old Hassan II may just be listening!

Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. I like the mosaics best.
