not dead yet...

Packing up TWO apartments for the move on Saturday to the new house; getting over pneumonia; planning the wedding for Saturday after the move; planning a week's visit with Q; trying to co-ordinate all the changing of address to various sources, changing of name, changing of the time for losing my mind....planning a menu (THANK YOU SHERRI!) finding a photographer, what will I wear?; handling my own fear of loss of movement and freedom while listening to J's concerns; and fighting off the migraine monster; finding a florist...

All is well. Nothing but wonderful things to bitch about - as for the world - OMGods! Nancy Pelosi imploding, the new justice to be named to the Supreme Court; the loss of the Swat Valley and the encroaching hoard of Taliban on Islamabad and it's stash of nuclear weapons; the hideous and obvious further harrowing of Suu Kyi; the increasing battle in Washington D.C. between parties while ignoring the danger hot spots around the globe and internally; the upcoming writer's conference in July and my DEADLINE! So yes I'm gobsmacked but blissful; and how's your day going?

Lots of excitement in your life Lady Mac. But big changes too. I guess you'll be able to get away now and again, like in July for a start. Where is the conference this time?

How you have time to blog amongst all that choas, shows what multi-taskers we women have to be. Good luck with everything, let the world take care of itself for a while.

Quietly when compared with yours. May all go well, and may you be well.

Hey Lady M - big changes! I'm officially excited by proxy, all those changes. If a change is as good as a rest, you'll be 20 years younger in no time, lucky you! Have been thinking of you recently, hope you are showered in blessings!

Oh my gosh, Lady M. I hope you survived all that insanity!

I think this week is the big one, is it not?

I do hope everything goes well for you and I wish every happiness to you both. Isn't it strange how wonderful things come out of the blue like this?

But then you really deserve something wonderful to balance some of the not so wonderful things that have happened in your life.

Be well and happy.

All is well here sweetie. It is great to see that you are busy with such good things!

I have changed from a .blogspot to a .net! I feel all the better for it. I am turning over a new leaf and checking back in with all of my chums. I can't wait to hear your next instalment. You have so much more stamina than me (sigh)!
